"Colors still look bright after washing"
I’ve washed it twice already and the color still looks the same, honestly. No fading or weird dullness so far, which is def a nice surprise.

Managing my account on flynnohara.com was straightforward. I was able to update my details and check what I needed without getting lost, which I appreciated.
I did have a small question that got handled without too much back and forth, but the way it was first addressed felt a bit off. It was sorted in the end, but I still think a simple apology would have been the right thing to do.

"Logo turned out just right"
The logo came out pretty much exactly how I was hoping, honestly. The colors matched what I sent over, the shape looked right, and there weren’t any random changes or little details missing, which is always the thing I kind of worry about. Simple but yeah, I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Stayed the Same After Washing"
I got a hoodie from FlynnO'Hara and expected it might shrink a bit after washing, since that’s happened to me with other hoodies before. But I’ve washed it a few times now and it still fits just like it did when I first got it. The sleeves and overall length haven’t changed, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Really happy with it, easy 5 stars...

Prices seemed fair to me, and the value was decent overall. It wasn’t perfect, there were a couple little things that could’ve been better, but... yeah, I’d probably use flynnohara again.

"Wish there were more styles to choose from"
I really wanted to like the site, but the style selection felt limited. A lot of the options looked almost the same, and it got annoying having to keep explaining what kind of look I was trying to find when there just weren’t many choices that fit. The ordering part was easy enough, but I wish they had more variety.

Pickup was super easy. I showed up, grabbed my stuff, and was out in just a few minutes with zero hassle. getting it done that quickly felt like a small win for my day.

I ordered from FlynnO'Hara and yeah, the delivery got there on time, but the actual order wasn’t right. One item was completely missing, and another came in the wrong size. I contacted customer service, but they took a while to get back to me, and then I had to explain the same issue twice, which got irritating. It wasn’t a total disaster, but come on, if I pay for specific items and sizes, I kind of expect to get them.

I kind of assumed right away this would be comfortable just from feeling the fabric, i was right. It’s soft, easy to wear, and not scratchy at all. I wore it for a full day and it stayed comfy the whole time. I’m taking off one star because the sizing felt a bit loose, but overall it’s good.

Customer service was nice and got back to me fairly quickly. There was a small delay, which was totally fine, obviously, but they handled it without making it a big hassle. Overall, decent experience.

Okay, I’ve got to say it — the quality is actually really solid. Like, why is it so hard to find stuff that doesn’t feel cheap these days? I wasn’t expecting much, but this turned out way better than I thought. Feels sturdy, well-made, and just overall like someone actually cared when putting it together.

I ordered from the school requirement list on flynnohara.com thinking it would be exactly what we needed, but a couple of the items didn’t actually match what the school wanted. Like… make it make sense. The website itself was easy to use, but I still ended up having to exchange things, which was just a hassle. Not a huge disaster, but definitely annoying

"Washed up fine so far"
I picked up a few shirts from Flynn O'Hara and, at least after the first wash or two, they came out looking good. I just threw them in on the regular cycle with everything else, and I didn’t notice any shrinking or fading or anything weird. So far, no complaints.
